International Shipping & Returns

All international orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days via the shipping method and carrier selected at checkout.
How Our Shipping Time Is Calculated
The day the customer places an order is day 0, the following day is what is considered day 1.
International return labels must be paid for at the customers expense.
All orders are eligible for return within a 7 day period.
If the item is not shipped out by the customer within 3 business days of receiving the label, the label will automatically become voided and the return will be cancelled.
Once the returned item is back in our possession the customer will receive a refund for the product(s) returned.
Please note it may take 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your banking statement.
Our returns are quick and simple, follow the steps below and get started with your returns.
In order to get started with your return please locate the “Contact Us” form located at the footer of our website.
Once you have located our contact us form fill out your name, email address and phone number, then select “Refunds & Returns” from the drop down menu.
Under “comment” state your reason for the return and include your order number. If the order contains more than one item make sure to include the name of the product that is being returned.

A refund is only granted when the item is back in our possession. We are not responsible for missing packages. In the event your return package is misplaced or lost please contact the carrier. We will not issue refunds until the items have been received back to us.
Do NOT respond to the automated email address used to send shipping notifications and order updates, it will go unseen. The ONLY way to reach us regarding a return is via the “Contact Us” form located at the footer of our website.
