Please be aware that holidays, natural disasters, and long weekends may affect shipping times. In the event that shipping on orders may/will be delayed, it will be announced on the header of our website along with our social media accounts.

FREE - USPS First Class Mail (Ships Within 1-4 Business Days)
Orders are shipped out within 1-4 business days with USPS first class mail.
Rush Processing - First Class Mail (Ships Within 1 Business Day)
Orders are shipped out within 1 business day with USPS First Class mail.
USPS Priority Mail (Next Day Shipping)
Orders are shipped out with USPS priority mail within 1 business day via USPS.
Priority Mail includes insurance (loss, damage, or missing contents). The amount of insurance automatically included may be $50 or $100, depending on the postage payment method.
How Our Shipping Time Is Calculated
The day the customer places an order is day 0, the following day is what is considered day 1.
Both rush processing and priority orders are shipped the following business day. The difference between priority shipping and rush processing is the speed in which the carrier delivers the package, priority mail being the fastest.
First-class mail ships anytime between 1 - 4 business days.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for delays within the postal service. We guarantee each package is handed over to the carrier within the shipping speed selected at checkout.

We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect address input at checkout via the customer.

In order to get started with your return please locate the “Contact Us” form located at the footer of our website.
Once you have located our contact us form fill out your name, email address and phone number, then select “Refunds & Returns” from the drop down menu.
Under “comment” state your reason for the return and include your order number. If the order contains more than one item make sure to include the name of the product that is being returned.
